The quadrennial Olympic Games are back in July this year! To break competition records, sports science is indispensable in improving the performance of athletes. In this workshop, the Science Promotion Unit of the Hong Kong Science Museum has invited Dr. Eric Poon, Assistant Professor of the Department of Health and Physical Education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, to share his latest book about training strategies in sports science. Participants will have the opportunity to learn introductory high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises and experience sports technology products.
