Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Would you like to create your own sweet gift for your loved one? Here's your chance. On TV, you may have seen a dessert master pouring melted chocolate onto a marble slab, then picking it up and turning it over to create a smooth chocolate. Now you have the chance to do the same. Science Cafe will open its popup shop again featuring chocolate and demystifying the chocolate making process. You can learn more about the science behind how temperature affects the phases of chocolate. You will also have the chance to cast the magic of chocolate tempering and create your own praline chocolate.
