When buying fish at the wet markets, can you distinguish between farmed fish and wild fish based on their shape and colour? How can you judge the freshness of live fish and ice-fresh fish?
In this workshop, Mr Keith Lai, a fish specialist, is invited to introduce his book "Hong Kong Market Sea Fish" and share his knowledge about fish. He will also take participants on a tour of Sai Kung Pier and Sai Kung Market, providing a hands-on introduction to Hong Kong’s fish-selling culture and tips for selecting fish.
